Richard Tarango (owner of Orale Homes) originally founded a family-owned construction company in 200 called B.O.A. Richard began working with the New Mexico DOH on environmental modifications and ADA enhancements all across the state. In 2018, Richard started Orale Homes, and with his team, has been serving clients with exceptional custom home builds, renovations, additions, landscaping, ADA projects, and more. About Us
Richard is a lifelong resident of New Mexico. After graduating from Highland school in 1973, he began working for the Albuquerque Police Department.
Richard retired from the APD in 2000 and started a small family owned handyman company called B.O.A. Over time, B.O.A. evolved into a full service construction company and is still in operation providing Environmental Adaptations for the New Mexico Department of Health and Aging as well as several case management companies and BCBS.
In 2018, Orale Homes was created as a family owned business to provide larger and more custom construction projects to clients. Since 2018 Orale Homes has built two residences in the Village of Corrales, several additions and numerous kitchen and bath remodels.

Mike Brown is Orale Homes' Senior Construction Partner and Roofing Manager. Mike is a veteran of 24 years in the U.S. Air Force Pararescue.
After retiring from the military, he worked at the New Mexico Office of Emergency Management before spending five years conducting Homeland Security Preparedness Exercises around the world.
In 2005, Mike and the Orale team built his first home, a 4,175 SF 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath beautiful custom on Chayote Rd. in Rio Rancho. Mike joins the Orale Homes with over 18 years of experience in new home builds, remodeling, roofing, and more.
